What is your shipping policy for gym gear and apparel?
We process and ship all merchandise orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey right to your doorstep.
How do I return or exchange apparel?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Planet Fitness merchandise. If your apparel doesn't fit perfectly or you simply change your mind, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Simply initiate a return through our online portal, print the prepaid return label, and drop the package at any authorized shipping center. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
What is your policy on defective merchandise?
We stand behind the quality of our gym gear. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the defective merchandise at no additional cost to you, or provide a full refund if the item is no longer in stock. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the defect when contacting support to expedite the resolution process.
